We’re looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our growing team in Hull. This is a stand-alone, onsite role within a fast-paced operation, ideally suited to someone from a contact centre or similarly dynamic environment. You’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact day-to-day, with the added support of our Head Office HR team when needed.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing employee relations, including disciplinaries and investigations
* Driving improvements across attrition, sickness and performance
* Supporting and conducting performance reviews
* Developing, reviewing and updating HR policies
* Acting as the on-site HR go-to for managers and employees
What we’re looking for:
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* Strong ER experience in a fast-paced or contact centre environment
* Confident operating in a stand-alone HR role
* Proactive, people-focused and solutions-driven
