We are recruiting a Part-Time HR Administrator to join our internal HR team, supporting our fast-paced recruitment operations across Northern Ireland and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is interested in developing a career within Human Resources. Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide vital HR administrative support, maintain people systems, and assist across core HR functions including payroll support, onboarding, reporting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Employee Support Manage HR inboxes and respond to employee queries promptly Assist with pay-related queries where appropriate Support administration of company reward schemes Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection compliance Maintain accurate internal employee records Payroll & Records Support accurate and timely processing of NI and ROI monthly payroll Communicate employee changes to Payroll (pay, absences, amendments) Ensure HR records remain accurate and up to date Recruitment & Onboarding Support onboarding and offboarding of internal staff Assist with internal recruitment activity, including job postings and interview coordination Support compliance with Recruitment & Selection policies Learning, Reporting & Systems Track training compliance and performance reviews Provide administrative support to Learning & Development activities Assist with HR reporting for HRD and Finance Support effective use of HR systems, data accuracy, and user support What We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative or similar role Experience handling confidential information Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Desirable: Experience supporting HR, recruitment, payroll, or onboarding processes CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) Apply Now Closing date: Tuesday 4th February at 3:00pm If you're looking for a flexible, part-time role where your work genuinely makes an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
