Location: Ashford – free parking available Monday‑Friday. Full‑time position. OTE minimum of £37,600 for on‑target performance.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing as a sales executive:
* Proactively reach out to targeted businesses through outbound calls – warm leads will be provided.
* Engage sales leaders and business owners in natural, confident conversations.
* Ask smart, structured questions to understand their current sales approach.
* Identify gaps in areas such as process, consistency, pipeline visibility, and forecasting.
* Handle objections calmly and professionally without sounding scripted.
* Generate interest and secure meetings.
* Keep CRM records accurate, organised, and up to date.
* Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine messaging and targeting.
Success Metrics
* Build rapport quickly – even on cold calls.
* Encourage decision‑makers to openly discuss their challenges.
* Spot real commercial pain points and qualify opportunities effectively.
* Convert interest into booked meetings.
About You
* Interested or experienced with a career in sales.
