An established, family:run developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take the lead on a prestigious new project, valued at GBP3.5M.
Specialising in high:end residential developments, this company has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and meticulous project execution. As Site Manager, you will report directly to the visiting Contracts Manager, ensuring smooth day:to:day site operations while maintaining direct client liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
x1F539; Oversee and manage all site activities to ensure timely and high:quality project delivery
x1F539; Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
x1F539; Maintain strict health and safety standards in line with company policies
x1F539; Ensure work is completed to the highest standard, meeting client expectations
x1F539; Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules
x1F539; Handle site logistics, problem:solving, and risk management

Requirements:
x2714; xFE0F; Proven experience as a Site Manager within the high:end residential sector
x2714; xFE0F; Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
x2714; xFE0F; Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure smooth site operations
x2714; xFE0F; SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
x2714; xFE0F; A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high:quality homes
