Sales Executive
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 8:30am–5:30pm (fully office-based)
Salary: £30,000 basic + £50,000-£60,000 realistic OTE (Year One)

What you'll get:
* £30k basic + £50–60k OTE in Year 1 (uncapped)
* 70% of your business is from warm renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to existing clients
* 30% new business from inbound leads and web enquiry follow-ups – no cold calling
