This appointment sits at the core of the business's commercial function. It is designed for an experienced individual who is comfortable operating without layers of management and who takes full responsibility for delivering outcomes rather than tasks. The Role The successful candidate will manage commercial activity across a defined customer base, ensuring enquiries are converted efficiently, relationships are maintained professionally, and sales activity progresses smoothly from initial discussion through to delivery. This role combines commercial judgement, customer interaction, and operational awareness. It will suit someone who naturally organises their workload, communicates clearly, and maintains momentum across multiple live opportunities.
