What You’ll Do
* Inspire & Lead: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and customer-focused culture.
* Drive Results: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
* Elevate Standards: Implement and refine customer service policies, standards, and training programs.
* Optimize Processes: Work cross-functionally to streamline operations and address escalations effectively.
* Enhance Customer Experience: Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities, driving initiatives that improve satisfaction and loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
* Leadership Excellence: Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in management.
* Customer-First Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving problems creatively.
* Strong Communication: Outstanding ability to inspire, coach, and develop your team.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in customer service systems, CRM software, and the Microsoft Office Suite (bonus points for experience with Pronto).
* Detail-Oriented & Organised: Able to manage priorities, juggle tasks, and focus on the bigger picture.
