Our client, a medium‑sized construction developer, is looking for an experienced and versatile Site Manager to oversee an existing residential new build development from start to finish.
The ideal candidate works independently, is flexible with working hours, proactive, and holds the required qualifications to assume control of an active project.

* SMSTS certification
* First Aid
* CSCS Site Manager level
* Scaffold Appreciation Certificate
