Riverside Catering operates a number of refreshment kiosks within the Dover and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of working in a café environment and must be able to work calmly and organised during busy periods. Duties to include, but not limited to: · Preparing sandwiches, hot and cold food and drink · Serving customers and processing payments · Allergen awareness · Maintaining daily temperature logs and the food safety diary · Stock ordering and keeping orderly stock rotation · Performing cleaning duties and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety The position is customer focused, so a respectful friendly ‘here to help’ attitude is essential.
