We are seeking an exceptional Head of Estates and Operations to implement the Trust's Estates and Sustainability Strategies. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic and operational management of the estate, ensuring all school sites are safe, compliant, and maintained to high standards. Responsibilities include health and safety, infrastructure projects, facilities management, sustainability, and emergency planning.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Will
* Lead the design and delivery of Estates and Sustainability Strategy
* Develop and improve estate management and support site staff teams
* Ensure health and safety legislation and standards are met
* Maintain high performance from all school contracts
* Manage an annual capital programme exceeding £800,000
* Project manage refurbishment and building works, collaborating with external surveyors and project managers
* Travel independently to all Trust schools and the Trust office in Wilton
