Acting for blue-chip companies, financial institutions, and household names, the team supports clients on a wide range of matters
- from day-to-day HR issues to high-value tribunal claims and large-scale change management projects.
Key areas of work include: Strategic advisory work and complex employee relations matters Discrimination, whistleblowing, and senior-level grievances Redundancy, restructuring, and TUPE High Court litigation, restrictive covenants, and team moves Cross-border employment projects and executive compensation Support on M&A, outsourcing, and reward-related transactions This is a dynamic and collaborative environment, offering access to international workstreams and long-term career development.
The ideal candidate will: Have 2-7 years’ PQE in employment law from a commercial firm Demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness Be confident advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters Bring excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing Employment Team with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans.
