Senior Site Manager – High-End Residential Developments
Location: Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire (Multiple Sites)
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus

Valoris Group is representing a prestigious privately-owned developer renowned for delivering luxury housing and bespoke residential schemes across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. With a strong development pipeline, they are now looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship housing project.
This developer is known for low-volume, high-specification homes — including traditional family houses, executive homes, and occasional apartments — typically built on greenfield and edge-of-village sites. Projects range from 5 to 50 units, often featuring a blend of stone, brickwork, and premium finishes, set in sought-after locations with exceptional attention to architectural detail.
The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, managing all aspects from groundworks through to final handover. You’ll ensure delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards expected of premium homes.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all site activities and subcontractor coordination

Manage health & safety, RAMS, site inductions, and audits
*
Work closely with technical and commercial teams to resolve design and build issues
*
Maintain high standards of workmanship and finish
*
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of each build phase
*
Conduct regular client and internal progress meetings
*
Lead snagging, customer care liaison, and final handover processes
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on private residential developments
*
Strong understanding of traditional build methods and high-quality standards
*
Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills
*
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black Card preferred)
*
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:

Experience with low-volume, high-spec schemes

Background with regional or privately owned residential developers
