Our client is a US-backed super-prime contractor that has recently established its London office, bringing with it an international reputation for delivering exceptional projects for private ultra-high-net-worth individuals and luxury developers. With a proven track record on landmark schemes across the US and Caribbean, the business is now establishing itself in the UK market, focusing on complex, high-value projects from £10m upwards in central London and the Home Counties.

The Role
The Role – Site Manager
The Site Manager will take responsibility for day-to-day site leadership on the company’s first UK scheme — a £12m super-prime residential project in Belgravia. You will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving the programme in line with the client’s expectations.
This requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver to the highest standards of quality and discretion.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered on programme and to the highest quality.
* Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers, maintaining strong working relationships across the supply chain.
* Ensure all works are carried out safely, in line with company procedures and current health & safety regulations.
* Work closely with the Project Manager and senior management team to monitor progress, report on issues, and resolve challenges on site.
* Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and the wider project team, upholding the company’s reputation for professionalism and discretion.
* Support the implementation of site processes and systems as the London office continues to establish its operational standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on super-prime residential projects, ideally £10m+.
* Strong technical knowledge across high-end refurbishment, fit-out, and structural works.
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to achieving flawless finishes.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to drive site productivity.
* Strong health & safety knowledge and a proactive approach to site compliance.
* Confident communicator, able to work directly with clients and consultants.
* Previous experience with luxury/UHNWI clients highly desirable.
