Salary: £45,000 OTE
Location: Hessle, East Yorkshire.
We’re Hiring! Our client, a leading developer in Hessle East Yorkshire, is looking for a Motivated New Homes Sales Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in new homes sales, but candidates with an estate agent background or a similar sales role will also be considered.
The Role:
* Actively manage the sales process from enquiry to completion
* Build strong relationships with customers, offering outstanding service
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Promote new developments in line with company standards and branding
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred
* Candidates from estate agency or other sales environments are welcome
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
