Our client is a provider of cutting edge software to the creative industries. They are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to support a busy in-house team with a strong focus on employee relations and policy work.
The role will involve running grievance, disciplinary and redundancy processes end-to-end, advising managers and HR on complex matters, including those involving neurodiversity, and ensuring all actions are compliant with UK employment law. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing, updating and drafting employment policies and staff handbooks in line with upcoming legislative changes expected next year.
This assignment requires a confident, hands-on lawyer with excellent judgment, strong communication skills and the ability to navigate sensitive issues professionally and independently.

Commitment: Ad Hoc 5 - 10 hours per month for at least 3 months
