£23k-£27k + benefits
Ellesmere Port (office-based, Mon-Fri 9-4)
This isn’t a sit‑back role. You’ll be right in the mix:
* Working side‑by‑side with experienced consultants
* Finding and qualifying top‑quality candidates
* Building real relationships (not just firing CVs out)
* Spotting leads and opportunities to help grow the desk
* Becoming a market expert in a specialist sector
Whether you’re starting out or already in recruitment, we care more about your attitude than your CV.
