We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide urgent cover on a planned works programme, overseeing the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments within occupied properties.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day site operations across kitchen and bathroom installations
2. Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered on time and to specification
3. Ensure all health & safety standards are met and maintained on site
4. Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams
5. Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across the programme
6. Resolve site issues efficiently to avoid delays
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned works/social housing
8. Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes
9. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
10. Excellent stakeholder and resident liaison skills
11. Ability to start immediately and hit the ground running

12. £32.00per hour (CIS)
13. Minimum 3 month term, with possible to be extended
