This is your chance to directly shape the experience of early talent joining PKF Francis Clark. As an Early Careers Resourcing Specialist, you’ll play a hands‑on role in attracting, engaging and assessing the next generation through inclusive campaigns, well‑run assessment centres, and strong relationships with education partners.
Working part of a high-performing team, you’ll support high‑volume recruitment cycles, coordinate outreach activity, and use data and feedback to enhance how we attract and select emerging talent. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and external partners, ensuring fair, consistent and well‑organised recruitment processes.
Because this role is highly visible and relationship‑driven, you’ll regularly travel to schools, colleges, universities and our offices across the region, representing the firm, strengthening partnerships and supporting in‑person events.
What you’ll be doing day to day
1. Delivering end‑to‑end support across early talent recruitment programmes, from attraction through to onboarding
2. Coordinating assessment centres and selection activities, ensuring they are fair, inclusive and strengths‑based
3. Supporting and delivering outreach campaigns and employer brand activity in collaboration with the Early Careers Manager and Marketing
4. Building and maintaining trusted working relationships with hiring managers, candidates and education partners
5. Managing candidate communication and ensuring a high‑quality experience at every stage
6. Supporting early careers pipeline activity and contributing to inclusion and widening‑participation initiatives
7. Using recruitment systems and data to track activity, monitor progress and suggest improvements
8. Ensuring compliance with process, policy and employment legislation, escalating risks where needed
9. Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline, improve or modernise early careers processes
10. Representing the firm at careers fairs, insight days and schools/college engagement events
About you
11. Experience in early careers, graduate or high-volume recruitment, or a strong interest in developing within this specialism
12. Understanding of inclusive hiring and strengths‑based assessment approaches
13. Confident coordinating candidate journeys in high‑volume or cyclical campaigns
14. Able to build trusted relationships quickly with students, education partners and internal colleagues
15. Strong communicator—clear, approachable and able to tailor messages to different audiences
16. Comfortable analysing data and feedback to help drive improvement
17. Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing deadlines
18. A natural ambassador for fairness, inclusion and transparency
19. Comfortable with regular travel across the region to support events and relationship‑building
20. Hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to a car insured for business use
