We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to join our team based at Hyster Craigavon. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern:
* Monday to Friday
* 7am to 3.30pm
* 2.30 pm finish on a Friday
* No weekends, factory holidays

The Role:
* Prepare and cook all food to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to.
* Drive sales through centrally driven menu plans and promotions, and ensure compliance through preferred suppliers.
* Providing the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility.
* Manage the unit in an efficient and effective manner ensuring all Gross profit targets are met and all brand standards/procedures are adhered to.
* Induct, train and appraise employees as per the Company procedures and when instructed.
* Be the first point of contact for any employee related matters for your team e.g. grievances, disciplinary issues, and absence management.
The Person:
* Previous culinary experience
* Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP
* Previous management experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to work successfully as part of a team or individually
* Previous experience working in a contract catering environment
* NVQ level 2&3 or City & Guilds 706/1&2 or above
* Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
