Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 Basic + Commission

Key Responsibilities
Customer Journey Management:
Be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, managing the complete customer journey from initial conversation to final order, while promoting repeat business.
Consultative Sales Approach:
Understand client needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and clearly articulate the value and ROI of our solutions.
Product Expertise:
Maintain a strong understanding of our technical product range to deliver expert guidance and lighting solutions.
Order Management:
Ensure all trade orders are processed accurately and efficiently, keeping clients updated on stock and order status.
CRM Accuracy:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and updates in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Lead Prospecting & Account Regeneration:
Proactively contact new and lapsed accounts to drive trade sales growth through outbound calling and follow-up. Skills & Experience:
Experience:
1–3 years in sales or customer service, preferably within an inbound B2B sales environment.
Core Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication
Rapport building and client engagement
Active listening and consultative selling
CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
Understanding of basic sales techniques Personal Attributes
