HR Administrator Location: London Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 The Role We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Administrator to partner with the HR Manager in delivering best-in-class support across the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideally suited to an ambitious HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, boutique environment within financial or professional services. Key Responsibilities Partner with the HR Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, collating feedback, and managing candidate administration. Manage compliance requirements, including right-to-work checks, drafting offer documentation, and facilitating inductions and onboarding sessions. Support performance management processes and compliance reviews, ensuring rigour and consistency. Maintain and champion HR data integrity: monitor and update employee records, track absence and leave, and produce actionable reports on key people metrics. Contribute to HR projects that underpin the firm’s growth and operational excellence. Candidate Profile Prior experience in boutique financial and/or professional services Broad exposure to HR operations, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a focus on accuracy and insight. Demonstrates agility and confidence working in evolving, sometimes ambiguous environments.
