Job Overview
Snows Car Centre is looking for an energetic, focused Sales Executive to work in our showroom in Bognor Regis. Although experience would be an advantage, willingness to listen, learn and succeed is a must. You will need to have delivered exceptional customer experience and have a desire to spend quality time with customers, building rapport and selling all our products. Full training will be given on our cars and systems.
Your day
As a Sales Executive you will be accountable for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs, guiding them towards the most appropriate product and agreeing the sale.
* Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, understand and adapt to their buying strategy, and encourage test drives.
* Agree the price, payment method and any finance arrangements with the customer directly, working within company guidelines.
* Positively participate in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
* Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability fits with customer expectations, place orders, update customer records and schedule any complementary services/additional work before delivery.
* Ensure that each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check the customer is happy; maintain contact to build relationships and future business.
* Plan and organise own daily selling activity – e.g. by telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to obtain new business.
* Work with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.

Hours of work
* Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch), standard day off during week
* Saturday 08:30 – 17:00
* Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (rota)
