The Job You’ll Do;
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
* Generate and qualify sales leads through prospecting, networking, and customer engagement.
* Develop internal sales procedures.
* Build strong relationships with potential customers and key decision-makers.
* Support the growth and development of existing customer accounts.
* Work closely with customers to understand their requirements.
* Promote the company's products and services
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
* Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately report activity through the CRM system.
* Collaborate with departments to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives
About You;
* Previous experience in Sales development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role.
* Experience within manufacturing, plastics, packaging, logistics, or industrial sectors would be advantageous.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
* Self-motivated, organised, and target driven.
* Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.
* Full UK driving licence.
