Job Description
Working as part of the Operational team the duties would include assisting with the following:
* Effective Health and Safety Management on live projects.
* Deliver quality projects within set time parameters.
* Achieve customer satisfaction through effective handover and aftercare.
* Assist in the establishment and maintenance of the company and site image.
* Management of staff ensuring they carry out their duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Assist in the achievement of set project profit targets.
Requirements
* Must have experience in managing multiple phased live environments, Care Home or similar projects including, Extensions, Refurbishment of existing buildings, Fitouts
* Temporary Works Co-ordinator
* Commitment to Health & Safety
* Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
* People and management skills
* Healthcare Scheme
* 1 days paid ‘Change the World’ volunteering day
