As the ideal candidate you will have experience in managing Quality and Environmental systems and delivering best practice and be keen to get involved in this hands on, production focused environment. You will be experienced in Production based Quality Control, investigation and production improvement with VA/VE, LEAN and Kaizen as part of your skills set. You will be confident in evaluating and improving QMSs in line with customer, market and legislative requirements. Your Duties will include: Driving compliance and performance across the standards to achieve improvements in product quality Have a hands on approach to production quality with quality control being the top priority Manage the systems, currently ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001 with 45001 and 50001 being a future system requirement Proactively champion best practice throughout the business Work closely with customers, supplier and departmental managers to deliver to quality targets Lead investigations into non-compliance through route cause analysis and implement corrective actions Play a lead role in VA/VE ,Kaizen and LEAN projects and help implement changes Work closely with the Senior Management team to achieve business objectives and targets through Quality processes This is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a key role within the business and help drive the future success of this well-run company.
