Responsibilities Strategic Partnership : Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives and supporting organisational growth. Employee Experience & Engagement : Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention. Lead culture-building activities and support internal communications. Talent Management : Support workforce planning, succession planning, and career development. Partner with managers to identify and nurture high-potential talent. Performance & Development : Drive performance management processes, coaching leaders on feedback, goal setting, and development planning. Employee Relations : Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) : Promote inclusive practices and support DEI initiatives across the business. HR Operations & Compliance : HR policies and procedures are managed and maintained to ensure compliance with employment legislation in Northern Ireland and best practice standards. Proven experience in a Senior People role, ideally within a tech. Experience in managing and maintaining ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001), including audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The expectation is the role will evolve and grow over time, so we are looking for a pro-active and flexible individual that can make their own mark on the role today and tomorrow.
