Joiners Mate / Labourer
Our client is a family-run construction and interiors company specialising in office partitioning, refurbishment, and full fit-out services across the UK. With over 25 years of experience delivering premium-quality interiors for prestigious commercial and residential projects.
Their work includes glass partitions, suspended ceilings, bespoke joinery, and complete office transformations. They are looking for a reliable and hardworking Joiner's Mate / Labourer to support their skilled joiners and installation teams on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and moving materials, components, and tools
- Assist in refurbishment tasks including strip-outs and general site labouring
- Supporting the assembly and fitting of bespoke joinery items measuring, cutting, and fixing materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company procedures
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience or a keen interest in carpentry or joinery
- Be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends on occasion to complete job requirements.
- Good work ethic Proactive, punctual, and eager to learn
- Have good communication and teamwork skills
