Job Description
SAP Recruiter - Permanent Desk
Linksap is a specialist IT recruitment business operating within the international SAP ecosystem. Since our inception in 2015, we have grown to 40 employees and successfully placed over 3,000 consultants with 300+ clients across Europe, the Americas, and MENA.
With 2–3 new placements made daily across our contract and permanent divisions, we are recognised as a leading SAP recruitment partner.
In 2024, after reaching £40m revenue, Linksap was acquired by Oxford Global Resources, creating new opportunities for our people to grow alongside a highly successful global organisation.
The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth and increasing demand across our international client base, we are looking to hire ambitious SAP Recruiters for our Permanent SAP Staffing Division.
This is a delivery-focused recruitment role centered on candidate sourcing, engagement, and management.
You would work closely with Account Managers to successfully deliver permanent SAP placements and build long-term candidate relationships within a highly lucrative global market.
Our permanent recruitment team is a smaller, high-growth practice within a highly established SAP recruitment business.
Already fully operational with an established candidate pool, the division has been identified as a strategic investment area, with a refreshed approach and significant potential to scale through Linksap’s existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, identify, and engage international SAP professionals using our internal database, LinkedIn searches, and referrals.
• Build and manage a strong network of permanent SAP candidates across multiple disciplines.
• Conduct qualification calls to assess candidate experience, motivations, expectations, and suitability.
• Own the candidate journey from initial contact, throughout the interview process, and until placement.
• Prepare high-quality CVs and candidate profiles for client submission.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
Your Skillset:
A background in recruitment, resourcing, or another customer-facing or administrative role would be an advantage; however, prior recruitment experience is not required.
What matters most is attitude, attention to detail, communication, and a genuine interest in working in a people-centric role within a fast-paced environment.
You are likely to be successful if you:
* Enjoy engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds across Europe and beyond.
* Find building long-term professional relationships rewarding.
* Are organized, process-driven, and comfortable with multitasking.
* Have curiosity and a willingness to learn about SAP roles, skillsets, and career paths.
* Want to work in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
* Are coachable and keen to develop a career within a proven recruitment framework.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is a decent standard of computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, and ability to learn a new CRM system).
Package and Benefits:
* Competitive base salary plus a highly rewarding, uncapped commission scheme.
* Potential for quarterly base salary increases through our ‘Performing Quarter’ scheme, rewarding consistent target achievement.
* Private health insurance and company laptop.
* Regular incentives, team events, annual Christmas party, and sales prizes that reward high achievers.
* Yearly ‘President’s Club’ trip - previous destinations were Barcelona, Dubai, Berlin, Madrid, Ibiza, Valencia, Miami, and Mexico.
Why Join Linksap?
* A tested and proven training and development framework, with structured 1-to-1 coaching from senior leadership to support long-term success.
* Be part of an established business with a strong reputation, established relationships, and a proven delivery record.
* Exposure to a true global leader through our parent company (Oxford Global Resources) with decades of experience and a true industry-expert senior leadership.
* Genuine ownership and autonomy, with contributions clearly recognised and rewarded.
* Work alongside high-achievers, including multiple £1m billers and an expert team with over 150 years of combined SAP recruitment experience.
* Modern 4,000 sq. ft. office with onsite parking, break-out areas, a pool table, and onsite gym & restaurant facilities.
* Mature and well-organised CRM system and a modern tech-stack to facilitate success.
* Strong record of internal promotion and progression with clear growth pathways as the permanent recruitment division continues to scale.
Other Details
* Smart-casual dress code.
* In-office work based in our Hemel Hempstead HQ (hybrid working is an option for proven colleagues).
* Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
If you’re looking to develop a long-term career in recruitment within a supportive, high-performance environment, we’d welcome your application.
