About the role:
As a Head of Recruitment you will manage a team of three recruiters working across London, Romania, France and Germany. The role is based in London and will have responsibility for the overarching recruitment strategy both across hiring within the sales space and also building a talent attraction plan and pipeline. You will work closely with the company leadership team to help scale the teams across those locations.
Key responsibilities of role:
Strategic recruitment planning - developing and implementing a recruitment strategy focused on hiring across the sales space.
Talent sourcing and screening - Source, attract and launch targeted recruitment campaigns in English and Romanian
Recruitment lifecycle - ensuring a efficient end to end recruitment journey from screening to offer and embedding an excellent candidate experience.
Team management - leading a small team and ensuring they are supported and developed to reach the business and recruitment objectives.
