My client is seeking two experienced Site Managers to oversee the construction and delivery of large-scale Solar Farm projects, each incorporating 132kV compound builds with both civil and electrical elements.

You'll be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved across all phases of the project.
These are major renewable energy infrastructure schemes with long-term programmes and excellent potential for ongoing work across future projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations for civil and electrical works.
Manage and implement the Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety Plan.
Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company HSEQ procedures.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics in line with the project programme.
Monitor progress using Microsoft Project and report updates accurately.
Lead site safety initiatives and ensure a strong safety culture throughout delivery.
Oversee Temporary Works activities and associated documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience managing 132kV compound build projects (civil & electrical).
Valid SMSTS certification.
Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator accreditation.
First Aid (3-day) qualification.
Working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
