We’re partnering with a prestigious, award-winning law firm based close to Chancery Lane to find a talented HR Manager to join their collaborative and well-respected HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a truly supportive HR function, where you'll play a key role in managing complex employee relations matters and driving best practice across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on a wide range of complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to partners and senior stakeholders.
* Support the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives in line with the firm’s strategic goals.
* Assist with policy development and ensure compliance with employment legislation and firm policies.
* Coach and support junior HR team members, fostering development and knowledge sharing.
About You:
* A HR Manager (or Senior HR Advisor ready to step up) with strong ER experience in a professional services or legal environment.
* Confident managing high-stakes ER issues and influencing senior leaders.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practice.
* Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills.
* Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, agile environment.
