We have the following vacancy to start September/October 2025 Pastoral & Safeguarding Manager We are looking to appoint a person who will share our vision for high quality education for all our children and shows enthusiasm and motivation to: To operate as the School’s Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. To manage pastoral care across the school to ensure there is high quality pastoral provision in place, with a responsibility for safeguarding, attendance and supporting mental health and medical needs. To line manage and organise the work of the staff within the Pastoral Team and any associated budget. To work collaboratively with other leaders within the school as part of the school Inclusion Team, to address the needs of children who need help and support to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside school to achieve their full potential. To work with pupils and families in need of support to improve outcomes. To support all children to feel happy and safe in school.
