We are working with a market leader who are experiencing significant growth. They have a clear path for future company growth and as such are looking to add an Internal Sales Executive to their team in Nottingham.

You will be working with some leading international brand names & a large customer base.
The Sales Executive Role
We are looking for a Internal Sales Executive that has a passion for customer service & growing customer accounts/building relationships. You would be joining a team of like minded individuals and be tasked with cross selling new product ranges into existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Making outbound calls to customers who already spend with the business to cross sell other products.
* Working off a spreadsheet based target list and ensuring that you maximise all opportunities to sell in the relevant campaigns.
* Build up a good rapport with customers so that you build relationships for further campaigns.
* Working to targets to hit sales figures
* Maintaining the CRM & updating with new orders
* Liaising with the wider team to target customers & campaigns effectively.
* Being proactive & looking for marketing trends/analysing data.
What We Are Looking For
The Internal Sales Executive will ideally have experience in a similar role and be a forward-thinking individual with a passion for building customer relationships.
Ideally you will be/have:
* Candidate must be creative in finding commercially sound solutions to problems.
* Target driven – with a passion to achieve.
* Energetic and upbeat personality that can inspire confidence in both customers and colleagues.
* Organised individual who is able to manage their time effectively to ensure they are achieving targets.
* Experience within a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work in a fast based environment with multiple call volumes & customers
* Experience using Word, Excel & Outlook confidently
* Strong communication skills
* You will be motivated, organized, flexible and driven to achieve results whilst building effective working relationships over the telephone
