HR Administrator, Greater London (E1W)£35,000-£38,000HR Recruit are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator/HR Assistant for our well-established SME in Central London. Reporting into the HR Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to be able to make changes and modernise the HR function.
Key responsibilities
* Maintenance and upkeep of all employee records and relevant employee data.
* Administrate new starter and leaver journey processes
* Improvement of processes and procedures to ensure efficiency of workflow.
* Recruitment support including placing adverts, liaising with recruiters and interview co-ordination.
* Co-ordinate the quarterly induction sessions at Head Office for new starters.
* Manage and maintain online holiday absence system (e-Days) & online employee training system (MetaCompliance).
* Manage and maintain all employee benefit schemes i.e. pension, private medical insurance and death-in-service.
* Prepare and ongoing administrate processes for disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement plans and probation.
* Administrate all maternity and paternity periods of leave including maternity risk assessments.
* Assisting the HR Manager with Wellbeing initiatives.
* Preparation and administration of the monthly HR Payroll instructions and checks for the HR Manager and Payroll Manager.
