Reward Manager
Hybrid - 2 Days onsite
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000
Elevation HR are partnering with a commercial client to appoint an experienced Reward Manager to lead and deliver a comprehensive reward and benefits strategy across the business.
This is a highly visible, business-facing role where you will shape how reward supports performance, retention, and organisational growth. Working closely with HR and senior leadership, you will ensure reward frameworks are commercially effective, competitive in the market, and aligned with wider business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
* Leading annual reward and benefits cycles, including salary reviews and benefits renewals
* Developing and embedding robust job architecture and grading frameworks
* Conducting external market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay and benefits positioning
* Managing relationships with third-party providers, including benefits partners and consultants
* Delivering reward analysis, insights, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
* Managing job evaluation and pay benchmarking processes (experience with Willis Towers Watson methodologies desirable)
* Supporting and leading key reward initiatives and transformation projects across the organisation
About you:
* Experience managing a reward function
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align reward strategy to business priorities
* Confident influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
* Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
* Able to translate complex data into clear, practical insights and recommendations
* Experience supporting or leading reward-related projects
