We are excited to be recruiting for a People Services Administratoron a permanentbasis to be part ofourPeople Servicesteam; a centralisedfunctionoffering HR administration support to colleagues and managersinour practices across the UK in all aspects of the colleague journey. Service delivery sits at the heart of the people team.
You willbe responsibleforadministering a variety of HR processes in the colleague lifecycle,includingthe effective onboarding of our new starters,producingand sending employment contracts, updating our people systems, and providing managers with guidance and support of the onboarding process.You’llalsoassistwith a variety of otherHR administrativetasks suchas supportingspecifiedcontractchanges,providing references, supporting the administration of some of our benefitsand collating HR data.
You’llreport to the People Services OperationsManager and will work closely with the talent team and with our managers across the business.
What you'll do
* Use our integrated people systems (Lever, Dayforce and Zendesk) to produce accurate employment contracts
* Send contracts to our managers and candidates for signature
* Liaise with managers and talent partners on contract queries
* Keep our people systems updated with accurate colleague information
* Administer a variety of colleague processes and benefits such as references and our cycle to work scheme
* Work within a small team to track and manage case volumes
* Share insights and opportunities for continuous improvement with the wider team
What you'll bring
* Administration experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service mindset, ensuring a professional, supportive, and pragmatic approach
* Team player able to collaborate confidently with stakeholders
* Excellent IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Able to communicate effectively- written and verbal, and have a good telephone manner
* Organised and able to prioritise own workload effectively
* Ability to adapt, reprioritise and thrive in a constantly changing environment
* Delivery-focused and capable of operating to deadlines
* Experience of working in an HR or shared service function
* CIPD level 3 or above, or working towards a qualification
* Experience of using Dayforce and Zendesk, and other HR / People systems
* Experience of working with onboarding processes
