Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TM1 Administrator & Developer to support the development, maintenance, and optimisation of our IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) environment. This is a specialist role reporting into the Head of Financial Systems as part of the NECSWS finance department. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of 50% attendance required in our Hemel office.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the development and maintenance of TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and Turbo Integrator processes.
* Support the administration of the TM1 environment, including user access, security and performance monitoring.
* Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand reporting and planning requirements.
* Help troubleshoot and resolve TM1 related issues and support end-users during forecast cycles.
* Develop existing finance planning models, delivering scalable efficient solutions for finance end-users
* Document processes, data flows, and technical configurations.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
* An understanding of TM1 (including cubes, dimensions, rules, and TI processes).
* Familiarity with forecast and planning processes.
* Strong analytical, excel modelling and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
* Usage of Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX).
* Experience of upgrading from Perspectives to PAX and PAW
* Experience working in a finance environment.
* An understanding of data integration and ETL concepts.
* Experience of using SAP
