Site Manager - Traditional Build Housing - Derby - Immediate Start
We are urgently looking for a highly experienced Site Manager to take control of a traditional build housing development in Derby, starting ASAP.
This role is suited to a proven, hands‑on Site Manager who has managed housing sites from groundwork through to completion and understands the demands of traditional brick‑and‑block construction.
Key Responsibilities
* Full day‑to‑day management of the site
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades
* Driving programme and maintaining build quality
* Ensuring all H&S procedures are followed
* Reporting progress to senior management
Essential Requirements
* MUST have strong experience managing traditional build housing projects
* MUST be a fully experienced Site Manager (not stepping up)
* Proven track record delivering housing sites successfully
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (essential or strongly preferred)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
Project Length: 1-2 months (potential to extend)
Location: Derby
Start: Immediate
