We are a leading national main contractor delivering high-value, large-scale industrial and commercial projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for quality, safety, and innovation, we are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a landmark £100 million industrial development .
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take a key leadership role on a major industrial / logistics (shed) project valued at £100m. The position requires nationwide travel and lodging, working on flagship schemes across the country.
You will be responsible for managing site operations from start through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations on large-scale industrial projects
Manage subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain partners
Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and company standards
Drive programme performance and maintain strict deadlines
Monitor quality control and ensure excellence in delivery
Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
Report on progress, risks, and commercial performance
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a national main contractor
Strong background delivering industrial / warehouse / logistics 'shed' projects
Experience on large-scale projects (£50m+ ideally)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certified
Willingness to travel and lodge nationwide
