Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
4. Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
6. Support performance management processes and initiatives.
7. Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
8. Coordinate and deliver training and development programmes.
9. Handle payroll administration and employee benefits queries.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have:
