Part‑time HR Manager (Days/Times Negotiable; preferred set routine).
Vivo Group Limited is a family‑run cleaning company based in Ipswich, dedicated to delivering high‑quality commercial cleaning services. The position focuses on HR compliance, training, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Responsibilities
* Lead on HR compliance and ensuring all policies remain current
* Lead on compliance for employees
* Assist on TUPE requirements
* Support training and development initiatives across the business
* Continuously improve HR processes and documentation
Requirements
* Experience with TUPE
* Solid understanding of HR compliance, policies, and best practice
* Confidence advising managers and supporting employees at all levels
* Ability to work independently and flexibly
Occasional flexibility may be required for meetings with cleaners transferring to the company.
Pay: £40,000.00 per year, salary pro‑rata.
