The Role:
* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage a wide range of HR functions.
* Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that support business objectives while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
* Manage all key tasks, including HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Support end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR issues, resolving conflicts and handling disciplinary and grievance procedures effectively.
* Oversee payroll inputs, benefit administration, and ensure compliance with compensation policies and statutory requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and ensure organizational compliance. Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct HR Reporting & Analytics to track HR metrics.
* Champion employee engagement programs and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.
* The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded knowledge of HR practices and employment law, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach to daily HR operations.
* Experience in FMCG or wider manufacturing would be beneficial.
* Minimum of 4 years HR experience.
* Exceptional knowledge of UK labour laws.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
Benefits & Details:
* Salary dependent on experience.
* 2 days a week in London.
