Event Sales Executive
Location: North Devon (Office-based)
Salary: Base Salary + Commission
This is an entry‑level sales role with real earning potential and fast progression for the right person.
As an Event Sales Executive you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and supporting the wider team in winning exciting event projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads
* Supporting the sales pipeline from first contact through to proposal stage
* Booking and attending client meetings (virtual and in-person)
* Working closely with the creative and production teams to shape proposals
* Maintaining accurate records of activity and pipeline in CRM systems
* Hitting and exceeding sales targets (with commission upside)

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A genuine interest in events, marketing, or creative industries
* Previous sales or customer‑facing experience is a bonus, but not essential
* Willingness to learn and grow within a fast‑paced agency environment
