Purpose of the Role
Working closely with the Talent Manager, HR teams, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders, you'll support all recruitment activity across the business. Your mission? To help us fill roles within a 30-day time-to-hire window, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure Pilgrim's is seen as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with Hiring Managers to manage recruitment from vacancy approval to offer stage.
2. Use your network and available tools to attract top talent and build a future-ready pipeline.
3. Collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed.
4. Act as a recruitment subject matter expert, offering training and ensuring compliance.
5. Create compelling job adverts and role profiles.
6. Share weekly vacancy updates with the Communications Team.
7. Support employer branding and engagement initiatives.
