I am working with a highly regarded global financial services organisation who are looking for a C# Developer with Blazor experience to join their team on a long-term contract basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where contractors are genuinely valued, integrated into the team, and given the chance to contribute to meaningful, long-term programmes. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-quality solutions within a modern financial services environment, contributing to both innovation and stability across critical systems.What you’ll be doing
3. You will develop solutions using C#, .NET Core and modern architectures
4. You will deliver enhancements and new functionality across financial systems
5. You will work across both project delivery and live application support
6. You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and testers
7. You will support production systems and troubleshoot issues
8. You will contribute to a high-performing Agile team environment
What I’m looking for
9. Strong background in C#, .Net Core, with a proven understanding of event-driven architecture
10. Proficient in Angular framework to build and support frontend web applications
11. Strong experience with Razor / Blazor is important for this role
12. Experience of RESTful API development within microservice architecture
13. Experience of deploying to cloud architecture within Kubernetes
14. Experience delivering new functionality and changes to established financial applications
15. Experience working as part of a collaborative development team, contributing to code reviews and shared delivery
16. Experience supporting applications in production environments, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
17. Ability to work from written specifications or JIRA stories, refining solutions independently
18. Experience working with analysts and testers to refine requirements and support delivery
19. Experience writing and maintaining documentation within JIRA and Confluence
20. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to self-manage and take initiative
21. Demonstrable experience in IT with a strong track record in design and development
22. Proven ability to work independently and within Agile teams
23. Experience engaging with multiple IT teams and external suppliers
24. Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment
25. Exposure to Financial Services and mission-critical systems
