RESPONSIBILITIES
Total Rewards Strategy for International:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the company's global Total Rewards strategy and the company’s business objectives with an initial focus on the UK, France, Germany and Spain.
2. Ensure the strategy is competitive, compliant, and supports employee engagement and retention.
Benefits Administration:
3. Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
4. Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of existing benefits offerings and recommend improvements to align with employee needs and market trends.
Compensation:
5. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to stay informed about salary trends and benefits packages in the region.
Policy Development:
6. Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies that comply with local regulations and support the overall business strategy for the region.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
7. Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team, Regional HR Business Partners, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between compensation and benefits strategies and business objectives.
Compliance and Reporting:
8. Stay updated on local legislation and regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits.
9. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies and internal (e.g. UK Gender Pay Gap).
Projects:
10. Support regional projects such as M&A, integrations, relevant consultations.
QUALIFICATIONS
11. Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
12. Proven experience as a Total Rewards Manager or similar role, with a focus on the UK and European markets (preferably the UK, France and/or Germany), Asia Pac highly beneficial.
13. Experience of structuring incentive schemes – including sales commission plans and longer-term incentive plans.
14. A holistic understanding of compensation and benefits that covers not only the financial elements, you will have worked reviewing health care, dental and other auxiliary benefit plans.
15. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
18. Additional European language – French or German – would be ideal.
