Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance management system in line with company policies and industry standards such as ISO 9001.
* Lead and support the QA team, including training, performance management, and resource planning.
* Oversee internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance and timely corrective actions.
* Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and other departments to embed quality processes.
* Analyse quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Quality, or Construction (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, or MEng).
* Proven experience as a QA Manager or similar role and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training.
* Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies including ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean.
* Experience managing teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
