We're recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office refurbishment in Stoke-on-Trent. You'll be leading a team of 10 operatives, ensuring smooth delivery, safety compliance and high-quality standards throughout the project.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience managing fit-out projects
* Confident overseeing teams and coordinating trades
* Procore knowledge highly advantageous
* Strong communicator with a hands-on approach
Required Certifications:
* SMSTS
* Fire Safety
* Asbestos Awareness
