A leading global company is seeking a senior legal professional to lead its employment law strategy across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves providing pragmatic, solution-oriented advice to HR, business units, and senior leadership, ensuring compliance with international Employment laws and cross-border employment frameworks.
The successful candidate will manage a multi-jurisdictional legal team, support professional development, foster collaboration, and act as a trusted advisor on employment disputes, regulatory matters, and internal investigations.
Candidates should have 12+ years’ legal experience, including significant global employment law experience, prior team management a plus but not essential, and admission to practice in at least one major jurisdiction.
