Human Resources Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
* Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
* Drive workforce planning and organizational development for HaemOnc teams.
Talent Acquisition & Development
* Oversee recruitment for specialized roles in Haematology and Oncology.
* Implement onboarding programs and continuous learning initiatives.
* Develop succession planning and career development frameworks.
Employee Relations & Engagement
* Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
* Lead engagement programs to retain top talent in a competitive market.
Compliance & Policy Management
* Ensure adherence to employment law, GDPR, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
* Maintain accurate HR records and manage audits as required.
Compensation & Benefits
* Administer competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
* Conduct benchmarking and salary reviews to attract and retain talent.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally within pharma or healthcare.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience supporting commercial and medical teams in a regulated environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
